Thanks Jorg! By the way, just a reminder to ignore Amazon's wrong release dates; don't freak out when you see them. The book will be available very soon (at least in the US, may be a week or two more yet for overseas, according to the editor).

How can it be in the US it is Julian which is selling the book, and in the UK, it's Kevin?
I thought it is the author? (ofcourse there are more then those 2 people who wrote it right?)

The book isn't being sold directly by the authors, so I'm not sure what you mean.

The Amazon UK site does show my name first for some reason, but it is the same book, and they're all published and sold by Prentice-Hall PTR.
