本程序通过VC++ Express 2008的External Tools功能，通过模拟键盘输入来实现一些常用且重复的输入内容。VC++ Express免费，但Plugin接口被限制，无法为其开发插件以增强其功能，所以有了这么一个小工具。通过该工具，可实现：
① 快速输出版权信息
② 快速输出函数注释模板内容
③ 通过函数定义，输出函数实现体：使用时要通过$(CurText)传入函数定义，该参数后手工输入类名
④ 输出Class的定义
