A new IDE for wxWidgets (width mingw32 compiler) .
Includes a visual form desiger with auto create code.
An Image Editoe , a Hex Editor and a win32 resource editor (if you don't want to use wxWidgets in a win32 application)

Looks nice. It says that this is freeware. Are you releasing the source code too? What's it written in?

I'll think about the source code.
(It 's to large with mess )
I used wxWidgets with mingw compiler.
