When will be released 3.1.4 with webview chromium

Hi,

The next big thing of wxwidgets to me is the possibility to use the new webview based on chromium and itw ill be only released in the next version, any idea when it will be ? I don't want to take the current development repository and I prefer to base our work on an official one.

I assume you meant wxWebViewChromium and not wxWebViewEdge (which uses the new Microsoft Edge which itself is based on Chromium).

I do not think there is a time frame for release including wxWebViewChromium. The work on it started back in 2014, the latest PR has been stuck for two years.

AFAIK, 3.1.4 was planned to be released in the beginning of this year, but we are already past that, so... See https://trac.wxwidgets.org/wiki/Roadmap

But you can ask in the wx-users mailing group about the 3.1.4 release.
