building wxpython without wx-config?

Post by ouch67 »

is it possible? I looked through the python build script and it doesn't seem to be.

So I was wondering what us mingw windows users are supposed to do...

I don't want to go through and installing msys, or cygwin for just this one library either...

"glad" that nobody cared to reply, it seems that Window support in wxWidgets is more o paper.

Or maybe nobody knew the answer.

It's far more likely to be because the issue concerns building wxPython, which most people here don't use.

I would recommend using the wxpython mailing list, which seems a better place than this forum to answer your question. Most people here use C++
