Is Soungle.com legit?

Soungle.com is a web site that is meant to remind you of Google, but it lets you search their massive database of royalty free sound effects. They say in their about page that it doesn't search the web for sounds; it searches their own database, which is supposed to guarantee that you're getting royalty free stuff.

Does anyone know if it is legit? If it is, it's an excellent resource. But if it's not, I'd hate to use it for a commercial project only to find out too late that I'm using copyrighted material.

I generally am very careful with the mention "royalty free". This can mean a whole lot of things. I usually don't use a sound (or any resource) unless I have a clear license text
