wxCurl - UserAgent

Postby Widgets » Wed Jan 28, 2015 12:49 am

From my limited tests, it appears the wxCurl represents itself as user agent "wxWidgets 2.x"

Is it possible to alter this? How? :-)

Since I cannot find any way to do so in wxCurl, I am wondering if I have missed it?
or can curl_easy_setopt() be used directly?

TIA,

Arnold

Hello Widgets (what a name, huuu:), I don't use wxCurl (but go with libcurl directly), but maybe this old thread may help you : viewtopic.php?f=30&t=15155
[Ind. dev. - wxWidgets 3.0/3.1 under "Win 7 64-bit, TDM64-GCC" + "OS X 10.9, LLVM Clang"]

Thank you for the link.
As it is, I have abandoned wxCurl and that particular project is working well enough for now.
Just the same, the link might be useful for others
