Build cURL & wxCURL as lib ?

Hello...,
I need to know the right way to build cURL as lib and wxCURL as lib too, in mingw and vc++ 2008.
1. from command line.
2. from IDE.
Please I try that but i have many errors, so I'm asking form first step to get right help.
