Bespoke app with source code - prices?

Hello all
I was wondering what the normal rate is for bespoke apps that include the source code in your area?
I can't seem to find any guidelines anywhere or common etiquette, but I am thinking that to include the source for a bespoke app would push the price up (2x, 3x of development time?) since you're effectively cutting off future income for development on it by handing over the source.
What would you do? ANY comments are appreciated!
