Hi guys i know this is not connected with wxWidgets but you may know how can i solve my creepy problem. I have Realtek Sound Card (i think-because on XP i had that),now when i installed Vista the driver for XP doesnt work,so i find some Realtek audio driver for vista from here, but when i installed it i turn on some song and i didnt hear sound,i check the volume, everything.I think its driver problem,do you know how can i solve it,maybe i downloaded wrong driver,is there some softwere for identifying which drivers you need and where can you get them ? Thanks XTRobot !

Hi,
What is the make and model of you computer?
Did you try to go to you computer manufacturer web site and download the driver there?
If not, did you try to look for the hardware configuration inside the computer?
Are you sure you have the proper sound card description from the XP Device Manager?

Thank you.

If you have the right driver are you outputting sound to the correct port. I had the same problem with my new computer, I was channeling sound to the digital out, not the analogue out.
