fatal error: had to relocate PCH

Greetings,

I'm new to wxDevC++ (and C++ in general). I've downloaded and installed version 7.0 (build 7.0.1.0). To test it out I followed Malcolm Nealon's Minimal Example, where he shows the reader how to create a basic wxWidgets Frame and run it.

In the tutorial he states "Once the Project is open we need to simply press F9 and the program should compile and run without error producing:". But mine does produce an error. Here it is the Compileer Log output:

Do you have a previously installed version of MinGW gcc or MSys on your computer?

Also,the latest version is 7.3.1 not 7. We should be releasing 7.4 in about a week or so.
