Opengl Library

Hi,
i am very new to wxwindows so iam trying to compile the samples provided....

when i try to compile penguin sample provided as sample for opengl,
it is asking for the library "libwx_gtkd_gl-2.4.so.0.1.1" ,i downloaded it from the net ,i got it in the binary format but i require it as shared library,i did not find it in the shared file format, where can i get the related libraries plz help me out................. :roll:

Hi there,

It seems you did not specify OpenGL support when you compiled wxWidgets.

Do have this, add the --with-opengl switch when you run the configure script...

EDIT:
In addition, you should make sure that the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable points to where all your compiled libraries are (I use LD_LIBRARY_PATH='/usr/lib:/usr/local/lib').

Opengl Sample

Hi,

I used wxHatch to compile the sample and i have no option to select "--with-Opengl" in configuration file in the IDE ,so is there any other option to edit configuration file directly...wht is the location of the file

look in Setup_inc.h
