Get a Console without wanting one

Post by slup » Tue May 03, 2005 9:36 pm

Since i've Upgraded to 2.6.0, i get a Console Window everytime i compile/run my Project, i dont do any Functions or Stuff that access the Console, it just open it but shows nothing, my Progamm is working like it did before, but this Console Window going up everytime i run my App is stupid...

Anyone knows the problem, a work around or a solution?

My Sys:
Win XP
Dev-C++ 4.9.9.2
wxWidgets 2.6.0

Did you give the correct flags/switches for the compiler?

I found the following from the newsgroups:
try passing these flags to gcc: -Wl,--subsystem,windows -mwindows
I haven't used Dev-C++ for a while, but was there an option like "Hide console window" or something like that?
