Is this done with wxwidgets?

It was listed in the wiki list for apps that use wxwidgets but I am surprised at the customization. Can anyone provide more examples of this level of customization?

The upper part looks like a wxRibbonBar with a custom art provider. I don't see anything that would be impossible or even hard to do with wxWidgets.

Quick search reveals that their GUI is based on Qt now (QML):

However, according to a year-old video, wxWidgets (and also MFC on Windows) is still used in many places as the underlying windows:

I dont get why people switch to QT. What am I missing?

I think the reasons are pretty clear, the video I linked even explains the reasons why that one program did. The number one reason there was "pixel perfect UI".
