annoying compile warnings in .NET 2003

Post by rgreene » Thu Jan 13, 2005 12:09 am

I get a ton of rather annoying warnings like this one:

d:\wxWindows-2.4.2\include\wx\string.h(553) : warning C4267: 'argument' : conversion from 'size_t' to 'int', possible loss of data

when compiling, and it sure makes it a pain to find errors when each file produces ~15 warning messages, is there a fix for this?

looks like I'm having other compilier warnings when I casting a pointer to an int32... I wonder if .NET is recognizing my Athlon FX-53 and using 64 bit ints -- that would probably make it complain...
