I am currently using Linux Mint, although it would appear that Mono 1.x is not supported on my distribution.

Either way, i wanted to know if it is possible to build and compile a wxWidget program on Windows for use on Linux. Is this possible?

Well, I think Cygwin is suitable for you, because the GCC in Cygwin can compile for Linux executables. :)

The best way for me is to install free VirtualBox and install on it any virtual OS like Linux/MAC
