Is wx.NET already dead?

Post by Josephmore »

wx.NET last upgrade was 7 years ago, I think nowdays it may have more relevance due to Net Core which is corss platform and Microsoft supported.

Hi,
You can try to ask on the wx-users ML.
But I don't think there too many interest there - after all wxWidgets is a C++ library.

Also, try to ask on wx.NET forum/repository.

Thank you.

From what I can tell, it's more of a statement about the ms .net platform than anything. Why would I need to send a command accross a DCOM interface when all's it should be is a simple system call? Ba, i'm no expert, but they left a lot of users out with that whole distributed component object model crap. Should call it DCOMP
