wxCombo hangs on scrollbar move

wx-master GTK3 debian 9, tryed on all themes

first method - good
1. droping list control down
2. moving scrolbar left/right
3. selecting an item
4. all OK

second method - not good
1. droping list control down
2. moving scrolbar left/right
3. NOT RELEASING MOUSE BUTTON, MOVING IT UP FROM SCROLLBAR
4. CAN'T SElECT ANY ITEM - MOUSE CAPTURE LOST
5. after pressing scrolbar - can select any item
6. all ok

third method - BAD
1. droping list control down
2. moving scrolbar left/right
3. NOT RELEASING MOUSE BUTTON, MOVING IT UP FROM SCROLLBAR
4. CAN'T SElECT ANY ITEM - MOUSE CAPTURE LOST
5. pressing mouse out of combo list control
6. application hans. Not responding to mouse clicks
