[wxGTK] - wxFrame::Move() over the system taskbar!

Hello,
is it possible to move a wxFrame by code wxFrame::Move(); over the system taskbar, because it seems not possible under wxGTK.
It always keeps the system taskbar height spacing in the bottom.
