Don't worry about Win 2000, I'm more interested to know if the original files work on Win 98.

Are you using a disabled bitmap? If so, can you try it as a static bitmap as there is some issues with bitmap drawing on Win 98 and that might be the problem here.

Or could you post a link to the bitmaps you use and I will test this as I 've remembered where a Win 98 machine is that I can access.

The original class I posted here had some bugs. I strongly recommend you use the updated files in 2.6.3 Patch 2 instead.

Look at the first page in the controls sample to see the difference.
