Upgrade completed to phpbb 2.0.21

Post by Jorg »

Hi everybody,

Sorry for the lengthy down time. Somehow I was playing around in a mirror FTP account, from which I could get the darn upgrade to work (that figures).

But, we upgraded to 2.0.21. I have tested it on my own test forum first to make sure if it would work with no problems.

If there are problems please let me know. We should be a whole bit less vulnerable to all the exploits we had to deal with.

With regards,

I noticed that threads created after forum upgrade are mainly "normal" and not "questions". Is it normal?

No, it's not.

We do have some problems after the update. Some features only appear to be there, but are missing in reality. The award system seems to be one of these features...

However, in general the forum should work. So posting is ok, except that no questions can be posted.

Please be patient with us. Jorg and I are pretty busy at the moment, so changes, fixes and maybe a new update might not happen before the weekend.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Ok, I took the time and I hope that the award system, as well as some other things are fixed now.

If there are any other missing features or malfunctions, please keep us posted so that we can fix them.
