How about wxPython forum?

Post by DanRR » Sat Feb 07, 2009 8:35 pm

There is wxPython mailing list, but I think that a web forum is much better media for community support.
It looks to me that this forum is the perfect place for it, since it deals with all other wxWidgets stuff.
What is your opinion?

I don't use wxPython but I say "why not?" It gets a +1 from me.

It has been a subforum for a while, but on a year's base it received a handful of messages which made it pretty useless and fall out of tone with the rest of the forum, so it was removed.

I think the best help received for wxPython is the wxPython mailing list. The number of wxPython developers here is simply not so big, which creates a false expectation that these people can be helped here, while their messages will be let unanswered for a while.
