Hi!
Yes, I suppose we could, but the question is whether anybody would use this or not.

The russian and chinese boards seem to have some traffic, but I'm not sure if we do have many portuguese users around here (I may be wrong, though). Besides that it would be a good idea to have a native speaker as a moderator for this board.

So -> Let's wait what others have to say ;)

I am Brazillian and speak portuguese, but I really don't see the point in language-based forums, as I think they split the questions, the more people understands your question the more chance of getting an answer.
