wxDocs url should be updated to 2.8.3 in the forum header and all the code links.

Just for future reference in case you didn't know...

You can link to the latest version of the 2.8 docs using this url:
http://www.wxwidgets.org/manuals/2.8/wx_contents.html

As well, the latest 2.6 docs:
http://www.wxwidgets.org/manuals/2.6/wx_contents.html

And the latest stable version docs using:
http://www.wxwidgets.org/manuals/stable ... tents.html

These will help avoid the need to update those links every time a new release is made since those URLs will be automatically updated.

Thanks for the pointer. I knew about this but I had an issue with this once when implementing the highlighting so I didn't use it. However, it seems to work now. Links updated to use the stable branch.
