Anthemion Software is pleased to announce a major release of DialogBlocks, the commercial GUI editor/RAD tool for wxWidgets applications. Version 3.0 adds wxGridBagSizer and wxPropertySheetDialog editing, wxListbook and wxChoicebook controls, embedded XRC support, better XRC import, universal binary support for Mac, project templates, configuration import, line ending and indent configuration, and numerous other fixes and improvements.

About DialogBlocks
===========================================

DialogBlocks helps you create resizeable, platform-independent user interfaces in C++ or XRC. Generated code can be edited in DialogBlocks or in other applications, and DialogBlocks will merge its own changes into your edited source files. You can compile your projects (and wxWidgets itself) using DialogBlocks' extensive configuration mechanism, which allows most popular compilers to be used. Controls that are not directly supported by DialogBlocks can be catered for by definining their main characteristics for the benefit of C++ and XRC generation.

Complex dialogs such as multi-page notebooks and wizards can be edited and previewed directly, without having to piece the parts together by writing further code. DialogBlocks also supports validators, the data transfer mechanism, and can generate conditional code, for example specific UIs for certain platforms.

For the wxWidgets novice, DialogBlocks gets you started very quickly by letting you create a complete skeleton application in a few minutes, then compiling both the project and a compatible build of wxWidgets with a few clicks.

For the professional, DialogBlocks' comprehensive features and platform coverage means that it usually pays for itself within a few hours of purchase. As DialogBlocks is a commercial (though low-cost) product, you get quick email support and timely bug fixes, and requested features are often implemented.
