wxGrid new feature patch accepted

I'm happy to announce that a patch which adds the capability to make grid columns user movable has been accepted into HEAD. This patch also includes a few tweaks and fixes.

I didn't fix anything selection related on this patch. Did you submit a bug report for this?

I didn't write patch, nor am I registerted at sourceforge. But at the
forum here, this bug was listed several times.
