wxSeasons TV-Series manager

Post by spina696 » Thu Apr 01, 2010 11:07 am

wxSeasons' primary goal is to help people managing the TV-series on their PC's. With only a few clicks, they should be able to add series to the "database" and to choose which series, season and episode to watch in their favourite media player.

At the moment,it is known to work only on Ubuntu 9.10 as testing is REALLY needed.
The goal is to make it a cross-platform application (with GNU/Linux as primary target OS).

Here's the Launchpad link: https://launchpad.net/wxseasons
and the download link:http://launchpad.net/wxseasons/0.2/0.2r ... rce.tar.gz
(version 0.2)

Testing is really needed,on all platforms..
Hope somebody finds it useful! :)

Sounds interesting. Do you also have a page where you show an example? Does it have a GUI or is it text based or just a component?

I will place this in Announcments for you as it is not really a code snippet but a project.

Thank you Jorg, I didn't know exactly where to put the topic.. :D

To answer your questions, I don't have a page with examples and it has a GUI. :D

To get people interested and starting to download it, it would be worth putting up some examples.
