Hello,
our OpenAPC software is fully wxWidgets based:
It is an highly-configurable automation software that can be used for many different purposes and therefore doesn't fits into one of the standard categories SCADA/HMI/MMI or PLC.
It offers a HMI editor where the user interface can be created easily and a flow editor where the user interface elements, external hardware and other things can be connected logically to each other. Here the funtionality of the user interface can be defined.
All these things can be done on an graphically user interface without programming knowledge. Beside of that there exist several interfaces that are interesting for programmers: Plug-Ins for additional GUI-elements, flow objects or hardware access interfaces and a defined interface to other applications to remote-control them, fetch data or communicate with them.
The full software package contains the editor and a debugger for checking and testing the created flows. Beside of that a runtime package is available that contains only the player for deployment on the target system.
And of course everything is specified and described in detail.
More information and the downloads can be found at http://www.openapc.com/ , suggestions, ideas and contributions are welcome.
