Epic Uses wxWidgets for the next unreal editor?
Hi, it seems from this screenshot: http://www.unrealtechnology.com/screens ... Editor.jpg which is from this page: http://www.unrealtechnology.com/flash/t ... ue30.shtml that Epic games are using wxWidgets for the next version of unrealED.

Just to be a bit sceptic, but are we sure the "wx" part is actually for wxWidgets ? I mean it is not so common to put the name of the toolkit in the application window right ?
It would be really cool though...

I did a google and found that they indeed used wxWidgets for their editor. Epic licenses their Unreal game engine to other game companies and they want to make it cross-platform. So they moved their editor from MFC to wxWidgets.
I did read somewhere else that they later switched from wxWidgets to GTK. If that's correct, they may not still be using wx.
