wxIPV4address::IPAddress() ???

wxIPV4address::IPAddress() ???

IPAddress() returns 0.0.0.0. I expescted that it returns the Ipaddress of the system. Whats the problem? Can somebody help me how to get the IpAdress of the host system

My reply has nothing to do with WX, and I might mislead you as the WX implementation for this might be different, but it might give you a hint where to look further:

As far as I can remember, under windows there is no such thing like the host IP address because each one of the network devices can have its own IP address (ie, if a host has more than one network card, the host will have two IP addresses). I would assume that this is the same for other operating systems.
