Chinese characters look bad

Post by bertolino »

Hi,
In my multilingual application, text rendering is bad when it's in Chinese.
In that particular case, the characters are poorly anti-aliased or not anti-aliased at all.
Here is an example below (and in comparison the Cyrillic Russian version that is OK.
All the other versions using Latin characters: English, French, Italian, ... are correctly rendered as well).
Strings are stored in mo/po files built with Poedit.
Any idea what could be the problem?
Many thanks,

Pascal
