Third-party / Alternate rich text editor

Post by AmadeusK525 » Thu Oct 22, 2020 6:10 pm

Hello! I wish there was an easier way to convert the rich text buffers to actual .rtf, .pdf, .ebub and etc, so I'd like to know if there's a way to integrate a third party editor to wxWidgets and use it. I'm not sure how this whole wrapping stuff works, so sorry if this question seems obvious or stupid. Oh, and if it's not possible, I'd like to know a way to let the user change font-size in real time. I tried it with a wxChoice but I don't know which methods to use on the actual wxRichTextEditor, for some reason this is a lot harder than making stuff bold / italic / underlined or changing indentation.
Thank you!

Hi,
For the font changing - did you try the "richtext" sample?
For integrating another editor - what do you have in mind?

Thank you.
