If you are using the main C++ distribution of wxWidgets, Feel free to ask any question related to wxWidgets development here. This means questions regarding to C++ and wxWidgets, not compile problems.

Whatever the underlying OS supports. The file is just passed through, wxWidgets will not do anything with it.
So, at least under Windows it should support OTF, i don't know about other platforms.
