How to make wxHyperlinkCtrl user editable?

Is the control inside a sizer? Maybe it shrinks to size 0 if there is no text. In that case try setting a reasonable minimum size.

Hi,
You can try to bind the event to the text control itself and not the wxHyperlinkCtrl.
Since I presume the control is located in some kind of a text control...
