Hi!
You now need a working import lib for sqlite3. The one provided is for VC and I'm pretty sure that gcc can't deal with it.

I suggest downloading the latest sqlite3 version here http://www.sqlite.org/sqlitedll-3_2_3.zip. Unzip it to a new dir and make sure that the bin dir of dev-c++ in in your PATH (Otherwise either set it or copy dlltool.exe over to the new dir).

Then run
dlltool -d sqlite3.def -D sqlite3.dll -l libsqlite3.a
from the commandline and copy the newly created libsqlite3.a over to the Dev-C++ lib dir. Try again.
If the import file was correctly created it should work now.
OS: OpenSuSE, Ubuntu, Win XP Pro
wx: svn
Compiler: gcc 4.5.1, VC 2008, eVC 4

In fact it works and it creates a db file....
The problem is -> the sample is NOT a GUI app, but a console application.

So, in your project settings, set the project type to "Win32 console" and you will see the output on the prompt.

Will be sqlite also good enough in work with database in the network. Where si the time to choose client/server solution? I need up to 15 users to work with client program.
Thanks. :D
