Squiggly underline for spellcheck

Post by Widgets » Wed Aug 18, 2010 5:05 pm

Does any one have any thoughts or pointers on how to implement the squiggly underline in various colors in wxWidgets such as most spellcheckers do?

Thus far, my search has not produced much useful information, though I am just starting and perhaps I haven't hit on the right search terms

TIA

Your "in wxWidgets" statement is probably too vague, what control are you talking about?
"Keyboard not detected. Press F1 to continue"

Right now I am trying to get familiar with wxRichtextCtrl, but would consider alternatives if they provided this 'feature' ;-)

Depends on your needs.
You can use wxSTC / wxScintilla which supports this feature.

Thank you, Eran.

Though I was aware of wxSTC & wxScitilla, I had thought them to be too 'heavy' for what I needed, but if there is nothing else that will do the job, I might have to use it instead in any case.

Fortunately for me, the project I needed it for has been put on hold, so I'm off the hook, for now at least.
