wxSkinButton strange effect

Post by spectrum » Mon Apr 06, 2009 4:32 pm

Hi all,

i am experiencing a strange effect on wxSkinButton:

1) i click a skin button ank keep the mouse button pressed.
2) i move with the mouse over another wxSkinButton,
3) i release the button. The last one i am over post the button clicked event.

I was expecting that releasing the mouse button over the new button should have no effect.
Every help is appreciated

greetings,
spectrum

Hi!
Yes, I must have missed this. The event is generated when the button is release by the currently tracked control (in this case the second button, as the mouse hovers over it). This should be easy to fix. I'm not sure when I find the time to update, there are some other bugs mentioned here in the forum. I'll see what I can do about that asap.
OS: OpenSuSE, Ubuntu, Win XP Pro
wx: svn
Compiler: gcc 4.5.1, VC 2008, eVC 4
