SLOW SOCKET TCP in VISTA

Hello guys

i developped a communication application with wxwidgets using a TCP socket, the application did work perfectly with windows XP, now the same application is working very slowly with windows vista, having a look at the wireshark, i can see that
the TCP ack's and TCP segments have a between 300-500ms with respect the 100ms they had with XP, does anyone know about this issue
i've got wxwidgets 2.8.9, and developping with Code::Blocks.
