Sorry if this a stupid question, but how do you actually download the samples talked about on this page and their source code: http://www.wxwidgets.org/manuals/stable/wx_samples.html

And you will find makefiles for them in the subfolder from where you configured if you made one.

I am using Dev-Cpp and I downloaded the wxWidgets DevPak as instructed on this page: http://www.wxwidgets.org/docs/tutorials/devcpp.htm.
rather than downloading wxWidgets from the main download page (http://www.wxwidgets.org/downloads). Should I still download wxWidgets from the main page as well to access the samples?

I have not used it, but I believe the wxWidgets samples should be included in what you downloaded.

HighCommander4,
I don't know what you have, but I'd rather download the complete source code from the main download page. Then you can compare what you have and what you don't...

Thank you.
