why u use wxMAXIMIZE as a window flag if you don't want the window to be maximized ? Maybe that's the reason for the title bar double click beviour.

Just put a cout<<"myApp has been finished";getchar(); in your console application before it should return 0.
And in the pipe redirect you check each line for the string: "myApp has been finished". If it appears printf or cout a "\r\n" through the pipe to the console app so that it can finish...

we already tried to skip the enter event. before or after the "this->navigate()" call doesn't work :(

Any other idea ?
I believe it's a bug. can you test it ?

I tried the following simple case. 1. Creating a window with wxTAB_TRAVERSAL flag. 2. creating 3 wxTextCtrl on this window. 3. You could handle the grid events inside a derived wxGrid class, which calls functions from the parent class (ur base class of the two dialogs).
So u don't have any event id intersection...

You have to hook the mouse message handling of the grid.
I've done it to enable drag&drop with a wxGrid...
