Re: wxEVT_FILL_FOCUS event and GetWindow function ?

Hi Doublemax and thanks for your answer and your help. What I want to do does not work yet, even with your advice. What I want to achieve : 1) Never focus on any button 2) With Tab or keyboard arrow, go to a linked list of all text control (in my example, 30 text controls). That is to say, when the ...

wxEVT_FILL_FOCUS event and GetWindow function ?

Hi, I have this window : http://stalex.free.fr/training_module.png Let's consider the focus is set on the bottom right text control (right to AAEGTX). The next widget to be focused, when pressing the down arrow for example, is the button "Corriger". The documentation says, about the GetWindow functi...

Re: Drawing button on a wxStaticBitmap

Thanks a lot.
This works well.

That was not working only on Windows. On Ubuntu, even with "this" as parent, it works, but I think it is a GTK particurality. That why I thought I would be more difficult to solve.
Again thanks.

Re: How does Wait function works for joinable thread ?

Hi, thanks a lot all for your answers. Since I had a top level object that manage all my thread, I simply add a class member that tell me if the wait function has been yet called or not. As suggested Auria. In this top level, I overloaded the Wait method to take account of this boolean value, like t...

Re: wxMouseState does'nt work on wx2.8 ?

Thanks a lot, using a MouseEvent for the right click instead of only the ListBox click event is the good solution.

Again thanks

Re: Using wxAUI objects in MDIChild frames

Hi ! I'm using MDI frames, but not with objects like wxAUI objects. The only thing i can tell you : I often encountered problems with MDI frames (always quite simple to solve) but nobody here answered to my question, the simple fact is just that nobody uses MDI frames ! In other hand: MDI is quite o...

Re: Put a buffer into a wxTextOutputStream

Sorry, that was just obvious that I must use wxDataOutputStream instead of "Text" oriented object to put data in .... !!!
This is what I did, and I use the function Write8 that takes an unsigned char* buffer in entry.

All goes well !

Bye.
