Try to replace :

Code: Select all

m_list->SetItem(item); // Apply it's new pos in the list
by

it was not the good thread. Here it is.

Solution : Add --enable-auto-import in the linker options :
mingw32-make -f makefile.gcc MONOLITHIC=1 SHARED=1 UNICODE=1 BUILD=release LDFLAGS=--enable-auto-import
should work.

I'd rather use this : m_list->Freeze(); wxListItem item; item.SetId(item_id); // the one which is selected m_list->GetItem(item); // Retrieve the item m_list->DeleteItem(item_id); // Remove it item.SetId(item_id - 1); // Move it up m_list->SetItem(item); // Apply it's new pos in the list m_list->Tha...

Hy Here is the design I may use (not tested at all) : 1 - Create a DC for the static text wxClientDC dc(m_text); wxSize ctrlSize = m_text->GetClientSize(); 2 - Get the size of a char : wxCoord charWidth = dc.GetCharWidth(); 3 - You have the average char count for the wxStatiText size : size_t nChar ...

wxString is not thread safe. I suggest you to send a wxChar* buffer, and delete it in the handler : wxChar* buffer = new wxChar[Result.Length() + 1]; wxStrcpy(buffer, Result.c_str()); buffer[Result.Length()] = 0; event.SetClientData(buffer); ... // In the handler wxChar* buffer = (wxChar*) event.Get...

make your bufin variable a member of the MainFrame class : class MainFrame : public wxFrame { unsigned char m_bufin[2048]; public: ... }; MainFrame::LoopTest(wxCommandEvent& event) { ... m_xem->ReadFromPipeOut(0xa1, 2048, m_bufin); ... } ... void MainFrame::OnConfigure_Save(wxCommandEvent& event) { ...

Which compiler / version do you use ? What file did you open ? I use wxWidgets 2.8.11 with VisualStudio 2005, and it works perfectly. But I prefer using the makefile : nmake /nologo /F makefile.vc UNICODE=1 SHARED=1 MONOLITHIC=1 OFFICIAL_BUILD=1 BUILD=release nmake /nologo /F makefile.vc UNICODE=1 S...

Bonjour :)

Just a small remark : If you don't initialize the pMaximized var, you can have undefined behavior if the pane is not found. So you can initialize it to false, or return void (maybe you don't care if the pane was maximized or not).

Does it works for you, now ?
