If you are using several threads, I suggest you to keep all UI stuff in the main thread, and post messages from one thread to another to get user entries.

I found something that may help you: http://forums.wxwidgets.org/viewtopic.p ... ht=sigsegv

I would simply suggest you to look at the toolbar sample, play with it and see why your own code does not work.

xgettext --help
gives you many info about the options you can use....

Overall, "-C" for C++ files, as xgettext consider sources as being pure C by default.

I'm pretty sure the wxTreedirctrl comes with a basic sample. Did you try to build it and check the behaviour you are seeing on both platforms?

Did you search for "xgettext" in this forum ?? I found at least 10 matches.

You can also look at T-Rex's blog (http://wxwidgets.info/?q=wxTranslation), there a message about translating wxWidgets apps.

The app version may be set differently regarding the tools you are using. For example, if you build Windows-only apps, you'll probably use the Microsoft resource system (.res file) with dialog design, menus, string tables... In a pure gcc-based compile system, you may use "#define"... The easiest, I...

Did you try this ???

Code: Select all

wxRegEx regex;
regex.Compile(wxT("<td class=\"top\">([ [:alnum:]]+)</td>")); // your expression, with several bracketed subexpressions.
if (!regex.Matches(sPage)) return 0;

for (int idx=1; idx<regex.GetMatchCount(); ++idx)
{
   wxString subtext=regex.GetMatch(sPage, idx);
}

in the file selector dialog, the "extension" is the file extension... ".exe" in your case.

You cannot put "cod.exe" as the file extension, but you can set it as the "default value" when opening the file selector.

Menubars can only be added to frames. not to dialogs (modal or not).

handle the EVT_CHECKBOX event and do the following in your code: // in your dialog/frame/panel event table EVT_CHECKBOX(Checkbox1_ID, MyClass::OnCheckbox1Checked) // ... // in your dialog/frame/panel class declaration void OnCheckbox1Checked (wxCommandEvent &evt); // in your dialog/frame/panel class...

open the solution in the "samples" directory and build them all or only some of them (using the same configuration[s] as you used to build the libraries).

Then, the samples are built and you can launch them and play with them.
