Like ABX said, wxChoicebook has the same interface as wxNotebook,

sounds like your PSDK is not installed correctly, (windows.h is part of it), did you install the PSDK? and did you register its directories in VC?

Im sorry im not able to help you out with your question since i havent used eclipse in ages, (never used cygwin), but if i may issue a sugestion, why dont you try out Visual C++ 2005 Express? its 100% free ( legally i mean :D ) , and it will save you A LOT of time, or, if you dont like MS compilers/...

ibe never used wxWidgets as a DLL (i dont like dlls), but the same steps above should apply to the dll build as well.
maybe you forgot to set
