Hi! try this:
go to project properties, and under Configuration Properties -> General
set the Character Set value to Not Set
make shure you do it for both release & debug configurations.

Hi! i also got the same warning in VC2005 express, it goes away if you set wxUSE_STL to 1 in setup.h, but dont do this because there is at least one serious bug (that i know of) in wxWidgets when this setting is used. NE way, you dont need to worry about the warning, im pretty shure it is quite harm...

interesting, i wonder if it would work, my guess is no, unless the datastream moves the position on the "underliyng" filestream. if not, i got an infinite loop. ill give it a try.
