wxScrolledWindow - Scrollbars don't appear automatically

Hi, I'm using wxWidgets 2.6.3 on Mac OS X and startet to write a little program to do database selections. Now I'm at the point, that if the inner sizer is bigger than the ScrolledWindow, automatically the scrollbars appear. But they only appear, if I resize the window manually. Refresh doesn't work...

Problem by setting wxPrintData manually under Mac OS X

Hi, I've got a little problem with wxWidgets and printing on Mac OS X. I try to learn how printing works and I want to preview two simple pages I had drawn. But if I set the wxPrintData manually (maybe wxPAPER_A5), it doesn't work at Mac OS X, but it works fine on Linux. Here is the code: #include <...

Now it compiles, but's not linking (like with the EVT_TEXT-Makros): g++ -L../../build -L/Developer/SDKs/postgresql-8.0.3/src/interfaces/libpq -lDsPostgreSQL -g -dynamiclib -WL,soname,libRinD.dylib -o ../../build/libRinD.dylib ../../build/lobject.o ../../build/ldaten.o ../../build/ttype.o ../../build...

If I do it this way: wxTextCtrl::Connect(wxEVT_KEY_DOWN, (wxObjectEventFunction)(wxEventFunction)(wxCharEventFunction) &CTextCtrl::tastenDruck, NULL, this); I get this error: ../../lib/rind/ctextctrl.cpp: In constructor `CTextCtrl::CTextCtrl(wxWindow*, wxWindowID, const wxString&, bool*, wxString, c...

Yep, now I try to inherit the template class (LTextValidator) from wxEvtHandler (maybe it can be converted then), but I (of course) I get many errors with this line: wxTextCtrl::Connect(wxEVT_KEY_DOWN, wxTextCtrl::wxKeyEventHandler(CTextCtrl::tastenDruck), NULL, this); g++ -I/Developer/SDKs/postgres...

Hi,

LTextValidatoren<CTextCtrl>::tastenDruck creates the same error.

I don't want to overwrite the function, because there is a lot of the same stuff which I have to implement in all inherited functions ...

Thank you,

KeyEvent on inherited template class

Hi, I want to use a function of a template class for a wxKeyEvent, but it does not compile: #ifndef CTEXTCTRL_H_ #define CTEXTCTRL_H_ #include <wx/wx.h> #include "ltextvalidatoren.h" class CTextCtrl : public wxTextCtrl, public LTextValidatoren<CTextCtrl> { public: CTextCtrl(wxWindow *, wxWindowID, c...

Sorry, but it's not working on Mac OS. I tried kontakt->Raise() after showing, Raise() in the VKontakt constructor and wxWindow::Raise() in the constructor.

wxListCtrl, DoubleClick on MacOS X-open Window in Background

Hi, I've got a the problem that when I want to show a window after DoubleClick in a listctrl in report-mode on Mac OS X (EVT_LIST_ITEM_ACTIVATED), the window appears in the background. On Linux and Windows it works perfectly. How can I do so on Mac OS X? I'm using wxWidgets 2.6.2 in Carbon-Mode. Her...

But now I've another problem:

If I use in the Connect-Function a wxEVT_LEFT_UP-Event, it doesn't work. With wxEVT_LEFT_DOWN it works perfectly. But I want to use UP. How can I do so?

Thanks,

I fixed it

I think I'd found the answer: bsSelektionen->FitInside(scwSelektionen);

This seems to work.

wxScrolledWindow with dynamic content

Hi, I want to use a wxScrolledWindow with dynamic content. But the wxScrolledWindow only recalculates the scrollbars on resizing. I'd tried many methods to do this manually (Update, SetVirtualSizeHints, and so on) but only if I add an item it recalculates right (SetVirtualSizeHints), but not, when I...
