Thank you for finding this subtle bug. Corrected now in CVS and in file release 0.6.1.

The decision has been made in favor of dropping the style parameters. A new version of wxPdfDocument incorporating the necessary changes and adding several enhancements has been released, see announcement.

wxPdfDocument 0.6 released

Finally version 0.6 of wxPdfDocument is completed; a file release is now available for download. The file release comes in two flavors: a .zip file for wxMSW and a .tar.gz file for wxGTK . Build support for wxGTK is still experimental. Feedback is welcome. The new version has several enhancements: A...

You are using the wrong specifyer. Use %Q instead of %s. sqlite will automatically replace ' with \' for you... As far as I know the standard C/C++ formatting functions don't support the %Q format code, but SQLite provides a specialized version of sprintf . wxSQLite3 makes this function accessible ...

It crashes before it can send or process the exception on the commit. But it does throw a couple of syntax errors well inserting four or five of the lines. You should analyze these syntax errors and eliminate them. Additionally you must commit or rollback a transaction, since SQLite does not allow ...

As for putting it in table, that sounds fine. I will probably not use it much, I wouldn't either. Storing a whole result column in an intermediate array doesn't sound very efficient, although this certainly depends on the further processing of the data. but a more generic method that can e.g. be us...

Re: GUI lockup while inserting to wxSqlite DB...

I was wasn't sure if I should put this in the C++ cat. or wxCode... so if its in the wrong place please move it. In my opinion your question is not wxCode specific, but since I'm not a forum administrator I can't move the topic. Basically what seems to happen is the GUI locks-up while inserting new...

Maybe a more generic extension could be handy; wxSQLite3ResultSet q1 = db.ExecuteQuery("select name, date from categories;"); wxArrayString res = q1.GetResults("%s %s"); Where GetResults uses a formatting on the number of columns to be returned. In my example I added "date" as column to be returned,...

Re: [wxsqlite] wxSQLite3ResultSet to wxArrayString ?

void LoadCategories(wxListBox* itemListBox) { wxArrayString *temp; wxSQLite3ResultSet q1 = db.ExecuteQuery("select name from categories;"); while (q1.NextRow()) { temp->Insert(q1.GetString(0).mb_str(), 0); } itemListBox->InsertItems(temp, 0); } This is simple code, but there is error. Definitely. Y...

wxSQLite3 v1.4 released

Version 1.4 of wxSQLite3 is now available for download.

Version 1.4 adds the option to load the SQLite3 library/DLL dynamically at run time, thus no SQLite3 link library is needed when building wxSQLite3. Additonally the wxSQLite3 API documentation has been updated.

You're first option (and the one you prefer) would be nice for the fact that it would be consistent with the way operations work on wxDC with pens, brushes, and fonts. Thank you for this remark. I guess this is a strong argument in favor of the first option, since I plan to provide a wxPdfDC class ...

wxPdfDocument: vote for API changes

The current API of wxPdfDocument contains several methods for graphics primitives: Line, Rect, RoundedRect, Curve, Ellipse, Circle, Polygon, ... Almost all of these methods have a wxPdfLineStyle argument. Currently the line style is set before drawing the line, rectangle etc., but the previous line ...

Just one more question... Is there a function to free the results? say something similar to php's mysql_free_results(); I looked through the online documentation and didn't notice anything that would do this... any suggestions? Don't worry. The wxSQLite3 destructors take care of freeing allocated m...

I changed the way I call the ExecuteQuery() so its called for each new query string but I still get a segfault on the first ExecuteQuery() called... The segfault is most probably not caused by wxSQLite3 code, but by misused or unintialized pointers. Though this time well doing a debug with gdb i go...
