alright i got the same problem... i got a weird feeling that with DLL's a specifier (is that the word?) of some sort is requred so that the .a file has the definition of the function, i.e. in dev-cpp if u want to make a dll they define a keyword DLLIMPORT for you to use when you want a function to b...

i had a small gutfeeling that it was the event.skip lol... almost all my code doesnt have it unless i really need it.... i usually remove the thing the moment a func is creatied by wxdevcpp

can you provide with the complete source... i.e. declarations of class and the main program constructor so we know how the things created? lol it might be noobish to some but well i think it will help

did you call SetRange to tell the gauge on what scale you are updating the gauge?

i dont really know if this has been asked b4... but well... here goes :D I've used wxBitmapButton for some buttons (things like file open stuff) and when they come out in the program, they seem to be like those of pre-XP (even though I'm on XP). I've tried calling the compiler to generate a manifest...

yea i sure will if intel would want to have dual-proc motherboards than wanting all of us to use their HT thing... which IMHO is crap since it diesnt do much for most apps coz they dont know HT!

I am truely impressed about the functionality and the relative short code :-) We need a global repository. When I have some more time I will look into mambo, it can integrate the forum with the CMS, and we might be able to add a download / snippet module for people to manage their code on .. - Jorg...

some people just decide to make ur code in (wx)dev-cpp, and then use the VC++ toolkit to compile... heard it was faster... and technically more efficient for win32 apps only...

maybe those who know Delphi can mod wxdev-cpp so that it can take the VC++ toolkit compiler.... hmmm....
