And that what i want..
I have a program that i want people be able to translate to different languages with localization files. but I need Unicode support in the application to support Russian, Hebrew etc.
how can i compile a Unicode app ?

can you please explain to me how to enable the unicode support ?
I have downloaded the Unicode devpack, installed it..
But nothing.. when I'm entering Unicode chars (Hebrew for example) i see some hieroglyphs...

but why?
on the minGW website there is 3.9 version. why there is no upgrade in wxdevcpp?
