Thanks for your reply and sorry for the bad explanation... I meant that each time I was launching the compilation, VC rebuild all my cpp files even those that haven't changed... so, it was a little boring... Finally, I solved this silly problem. Unfortunately, I have changed the date of my system to...

Ok thanks every body for all the answers :D. I solved my problem and I'm quite happy with my solution :D. As I said in my previous post, I do my heavy computation in a separate thread and I propagate the result of the TestDestroy() method with exceptions. So in my Entry() method I only have one try....

Thanks for your answers :) ! So I've started to solve my problem with threads. But I'm quite stuck in trying to stop them... I can't find a beautiful way to call frequently TestDestroy() because there is no loops in my computations and I call subfunctions. The only way I 've found is to put TestDest...

redirect standard output to wxTextCtrl

Hello everybody, I'm trying to redirect the standard console output to a wxTextCtrl object. I followed exactly the example in the documentation related to the wxTextCtrl classe but it does not work. With the first method: #include <iostream> wxTextCtrl *control = new wxTextCtrl(...); std::streambuf ...
